Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.SARC-F questionnaire score >= 4; 2.Handgrip strength: = 60 years; 5.Willingness to participate in the entire study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of limb surgery; 2.Moderate or severe cognitive impairment (Mini-Mental State Examination score <= 15); 3.Any cardiovascular or musculoskeletal disorders that contraindicate voluntary maximal contraction; 4.History of conditions that severely affect neuromuscular function; 5.Presence of implanted medical devices; 6.History of epilepsy.
