Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part I 1. Age > = 60 years old, refer to the WHO age classification standard for the elderly; 2. Continuous residence in an institution of medical care and elderly care> = 3 months; 3. Be conscious and communicate with the investigator without barriers; 4. Informed consent to the survey and voluntary participation in this study. Part III 1. Age > = 60 years old, refer to the WHO age classification standard for the elderly; 2. Continuous residence in an institution of medical care and elderly care> = 3 months; 3. Be conscious and communicate with researchers without barriers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Part I Those who are unable to cooperate due to severe physical or mental illnesses. Part III 1. Concomitant serious complications or diseases; 2. Elderly people who lack self-care ability.
