18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60 years, no pregnancy or breastfeeding; 2. No bad habits such as drinking or smoking; 3. No patients with poorly controlled systemic diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, or diabetes; 4. Primary IgAN receiving standard treatment, with no recent changes in condition; 5. Proteinuria less than 1.0, GFR greater than 60, no history of hormone use in the past six months, no history of periodontal treatment; 6. At least 20 teeth remaining in the mouth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active urinary tract infection, severe acute infection episodes of kidney disease and oral diseases; 2. Received immunosuppressive treatment within the past 3 months (including but not limited to cyclophosphamide, mycophenolate mofetil, etc.); 3. Long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (for over 1 month) or history of bisphosphonate drugs; presence of severe oral mucosal lesions; 4. Severe cognitive impairment or mental illness that makes cooperation in treatment and follow-up impossible; 5. Participation in other clinical interventional studies within the past 6 months.
