18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 18 and 80 years old; 2. Patients with arrhythmias who are candidates for epicardial radiofrequency ablation; 3. Patients who are refractory to or intolerant of at least one Class I/III antiarrhythmic drug (AAD); 4. Patients who have signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-epicardial ventricular arrhythmias; 2. Pregnancy or lactation; 3. The expected survival time is less than 1 year (such as end-stage heart failure, malignant tumors) 4. Unable to complete follow-up;
