Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with PTC who underwent initial surgical treatment with pathological confirmation; 2.atients who underwent lateral cervical lymph node dissection due to fine-needle aspiration biopsy confirming LCLNM or a suspected preoperative ultrasound result, with complete clinical data and a confirmed pathological diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastasis; 3.CT scans were performed within one month prior to surgery; 4.No treatment for any thyroid-related disease was received before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of other organ malignancies; 2.Pathologically confirmed multifocal PTC; 3.History of thyroid or cervical lymph node surgery or thyroid with acute or chronic inflammation; 4.Patients with unclear imaging due to various reasons or incomplete clinical data; 5.Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction;
