Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Surgical Procedures: Elective total hip arthroplasty (THA), total knee arthroplasty (TKA), or posterior lumbar interbody fusion (PLIF/TLIF). Anemia Diagnosis: Meets WHO preoperative anemia criteria (Hb <130 g/L for men, <120 g/L for women), confirmed as correctable anemia by iron metabolism indicators (serum ferritin <100 µg/L and transferrin saturation <20%). Age Range: 18 to 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hematologic Disorders:Myelodysplastic syndromes, hereditary hemoglobinopathies, and active bleeding disorders; Confounding Factors: Chemotherapy or radiotherapy within three months prior to surgery, and uncontrolled hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism. Surgical Specificity: Revision surgeries, oncologic resection and reconstruction surgeries, and emergency trauma surgeries;Data Integrity:Missing >=20% of key indicators (preoperative hemoglobin [Hb] levels and transfusion records).
