Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients older than 60 years old; 2.Patients who plan to undergo elective gastrointestinal tumor surgery and have no Sleep disorders before the operation (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score < 5 points; 3.ASA grade II-III;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Dementia or history of severe mental illness (e.g. schizophrenia, epilepsy, etc.); 2. History of local anesthetic allergy; 3. Local severe infection; 4. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction (child-pugh grade 3 or above; KIDGO diagnostic criteria for evaluating renal failure; 5. Severe cardiac failure (NYHA grade IV or LVEF<30%); 6. Patients participating in other clinical studies;
