Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 60 years or older; 2.Home for >=6 months throughout the year; 3.With normal communication and comprehension skills; 4.Voluntarily participated in this study and signed an informed consent form; 5.Could use a smartphone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Having a mental illness; 2.Withdrawing from the study in the middle of the study.
