Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Bearing Dislocation after UKA: Inclusion Criteria: Individuals who experienced isolated pad dislocation following unicondylar knee arthroplasty and have completed a minimum of one year of follow-up. 2. Patients with Primary TKA (matched at a 1:3 ratio): Inclusion Criteria: Individuals who underwent total knee arthroplasty for knee osteoarthritis and have completed a minimum of one year of follow-up. The operative time, age, and gender were matched to those of the patients with pad dislocation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Bearing Dislocation after UKA: Exclusion Criteria: Cases involving surgical failure due to infection, prosthesis loosening, or other causes; Patients with poor compliance or those lost to follow-up. 2. Patients with Primary TKA (matched at a 1:3 ratio): Exclusion Criteria: Surgical failure due to any cause during follow-up; Musculoskeletal disorders affecting lower limb function; Poor compliance or loss to follow-up.
