Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Observation group: 1. Patients with high recurrence of urinary stones, aged 18 or older, who had 2 or more recurrences in the past 10 years. 2. Patients who had stone removal surgery, and thin slice CT imaging after removal of the ureteral stent shows a stone-free state. 3. Patients who are compliant and able to complete segmented +24h urine collections 6 times during the follow-up period, willing to provide daily diet briefings, and undergo scheduled ultrasound screening on time. Control group: 1. Age between 18 and 75 years, regardless of gender; 2. Without a history of kidney stone, and no signs of urinary stones were found in the B-ultrasound examination within three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Observation group: 1. Patients with high recurrence of urinary stones caused by abnormalities in the urinary system, such as renal structural abnormalities, malformations, and ureteral strictures. 2. Patients with urinary stones caused by urinary tract infections or drug-induced factors. 3. Patients with specific metabolic disorders, such as primary hyperoxaluria, cystinuria, and hyperparathyroidism. 4. Patients who had undergone nephrectomy Control group: 1. Age unmarched. 2. Pregnancy. 3. Have a history of urinary stones.
