Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PD:(1)All patients met the MDS-UPDRS diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease; (2)Age between 40 and 80 years old; (3)The patients were graded as Hoehn-Yahr (HY) grade 1-2.5; (4)The mini-mental state examination (MMSE) score was >=24; (5)Informed consent was obtained; HC:(1)There was no Parkinson's disease and family history of Parkinson's disease; (2)Age between 40 and 80 years old; (3)There was no neurodegenerative disease (cerebral ischemia, brain injury or epilepsy, Alzheimer's disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), spinocerebellar ataxia); (4)Informed consent was obtained;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PD:(1)Patients with Parkinson's syndrome (including traumatic, neoplastic, drug-induced, toxic, vascular and hydrocephalus, etc.) and Parkinson's plus syndrome, previous stroke, head trauma, hydrocephalus, brain tumor, increased intracranial pressure and intracranial surgery history, psychiatric history, and epilepsy history; (2)There were serious organic lesions in the heart, liver, kidney and other organs; (3)Other serious nervous system diseases and mental diseases; HC:(1)Patients with Parkinson's syndrome (including traumatic, neoplastic, drug-induced, toxic, vascular and hydrocephalus, etc.) and Parkinson's plus syndrome, previous stroke, head trauma, hydrocephalus, brain tumor, increased intracranial pressure and intracranial surgery history, history of mental illness, and history of epilepsy. (2)There were serious organic lesions in the heart, liver, kidney and other organs; (3)Other severe nervous system diseases, mental diseases, etc;
