Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatients with electrocardiogram and cardiac imaging in each center. 2. Case information is fully stored in the electronic medical record research database and can be legally viewed. 3. Aged 18 years or older. 4. Basic information is complete.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Missing the main basic data. 2. Missing ECG data and P wave index: ECG baseline drift, obvious muscle tremor wave interference, and unclear images. 3. Missing specific data of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound. 4. Missing important biomarkers (myocardial injury markers, heart failure markers, etc.).
