Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Reader: TCD beginner entry criteria 1. Age range: 18-45 years old, signed informed consent form 2. Neurological clinical doctors or TCD beginners with knowledge of cerebral artery anatomy and TCD basics (exposure for 1 week<TCD duration<12 months) Patient inclusion criteria: 1. Cases of middle cerebral artery stenosis admitted to neurology clinics or wards from 2024 to 2025 2. Age (18-80 years old) 3. TCD patients have good sound transmission through all sound windows 4. Collect blood flow spectra of bilateral anterior, middle, and posterior cerebral arteries, as well as common carotid artery and internal carotid artery 5. Save at least one complete screen of blood flow spectrum in the middle cerebral artery spectrum map,; Other arterial spectra should be saved for at least 3 cardiac cycles

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: TCD beginners: Refusal to sign informed consent form to join this study patient: 1. Poor sound window, TCD cannot detect all blood vessels required for the study; 2. Poor spectral quality
