Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-49 years, ASA physical status I-II, with a history of regular menstrual cycles of 28-32 days, candidates for laparoscopy under general anesthesia for benign gynecological pathologies
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Irregular menstruation 2. serious heart disease,brain, kidney, lung, and other organ system diseases 3. pregnancy or lactation 4. history of chronic pain 5. analgesic use within one month before surgery 6. history of heavy smoking or alcohol abuse 7. underweight (body mass index, BMI 30 kg/m^2) 8. inability to follow the study procedure 9. allergy to opioids 10. intraoperative conversion to laparotomy or a second operation.
