Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Children undergoing surgery in Fujian Children's Hospital. (2)From umbilical cord ligation to 28 days after birth (gestational age =28 weeks), gender is not limited, ASA grade II-III. (3)Invasive hemodynamic monitoring is possible. (4)The guardian gives informed consent and signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) There were severe neurological complications before operation, such as severe intraventricular hemorrhage and periventricular leukomalacia. (2) Very low birth weight infants <=1000g; (3) Genetic or chromosomal diseases, major cardiac malformations (except small patent ductus arteriosus or patent foramen ovale), or organ malformations. (4) Severe organ failure after operation. (5) Incomplete and unqualified medical records. (6) Giving up treatment or transferring to another hospital during the study period. (7) Refusal to follow up or loss of follow-up.
