18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients aged >=18 and <=80 years; (2) patients with invasive mechanical ventilation in a single prone position for a period of time greater than or equal to 12 hours; (3) patients or their family members signing an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) pregnant or lactating women; (2) severe shock that could not be effectively corrected in the short term; (3) pre-existing severe cardiac insufficiency or pulmonary hypertension; (4) inability to obtain competent cardiac ultrasound images for various reasons; (5) concurrent ECMO therapy in the prone position; (6) patients with non-resuscitatable terminal status or expected to die within 24h.
