the experimental group:Add a 5-minute balance drill before physical education class that includes a 1-minute one-limb stand, a 2-minute non-supporting leg digital verbal swing, and a 2-minute one-limb
the control group:Normalize the content of regular physical education classes

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be between the ages of 10-19 and able to participate regularly in physical education classes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of musculoskeletal injury within 6 weeks prior to enrollment; history of severe musculoskeletal disease (e.g., fracture, rheumatism, systemic disease, or surgery) or significant illness (e.g., hypertension, or recurrent fainting or dizziness).
