Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Presence of CNV (Including AMD, PM-CNV, and Idiopathic CNV): Confirmation of CNV Based on a Combination of Various Imaging Modalities Including Fundus Photography, Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography (OCTA), and Fluorescein Angiography (FFA); 2.PM-CNV (Polypoidal Choroidal Vasculopathy with Choroidal Neovascularization) necessitates meeting the diagnostic criteria for pathologic myopia, which include a refractive error equivalent spherical power of greater than -6.00 diopters (D) or an axial length exceeding 26.00 mm, accompanied by typical scleral, choroidal, and retinal pathologies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Due to opacities in the refractive media, the image quality of FFA or OCTA is compromised. 2.Patients with coexisting glaucoma, ocular trauma, and other fundus oculi pathologies, who have undergone previous intraocular surgical interventions. 3.Patients in whom CNV cannot be identified by OCTA. 4.Patients with coexisting systemic diseases, including diabetes mellitus, hypertension, coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction, and other conditions that affect retinal blood supply. 5. On the OCTA image, the area of the CNV is not within the central 3 × 3mm^2, or the CNV area is too large and exceeds the central 3 × 3mm^2.
