Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years old; 2. Carotid artery stenosis >=50% (diagnosed by ultrasound/CTA/MRI); 3. Scheduled for carotid endarterectomy; 4. Able to understand the purpose of the study, voluntarily participate in the study, and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute stroke within the past 30 days; 2. History of previous carotid artery surgery; 3. Severe cardiac insufficiency with NYHA classification of III-IV; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Suffering from severe systemic diseases, such as advanced cancer, renal failure, etc., affecting prognosis for survival; 6. Having severe cognitive or communication impairments, unable to cooperate with study requirements; 7. Participants who have participated or are currently participating in any other clinical trials of devices or drugs within the past 3 months; 8. Other conditions deemed inappropriate for clinical trial participation by the investigator.
