Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA Class I–III; (2) Age >= 18 years; (3) No history of coagulation disorders, oral anticoagulant use, or venous thrombosis; (4) Normal platelet count; (5) No local infection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) History of cervical spine surgery;(2) Tracheostomy present;(3) Presence of internal jugular vein pathology;(4) Contraindications to internal jugular vein puncture and catheterization.
