Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The address must be the location where a suspected out-of-hospital cardiac arrest or cardiovascular-related emergency event occurred within the past year. 2. The location must have the conditions for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) cable descent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The location is within the no-fly zone for unmanned aerial vehicles. 2. There are other factors at the location that may affect the flight safety of the unmanned aerial vehicle.
