Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Conform to grade 2 in the IAD classification tool, that is, the clinical manifestations are redness and damage to the skin, or the appearance of edema, blisters, bullae, skin erosion, exfoliation, and infection; 3. Length of hospital stay>=72h; 4. Family members or patients voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have an allergic reaction to any one of the ingredients of lactate, exaridin, growth factors and zinc oxide; 2. Those suffering from skin diseases; 3. Patients whose skin conditions are not conducive to observation due to various reasons.
