18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Postoperative pathological diagnosis of invasive breast cancer 2. Female 3. Age 18-75 years old 4. Postoperative pathological confirmation of axillary lymph node metastasis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Receive neoadjuvant therapy before surgery; 2. Distant metastasis occurred before surgery; 3. Failure to undergo axillary lymph node dissection; 4. The postoperative pathology is only carcinoma in situ; 5. Failure to receive the standard treatment recommended by the guidelines at that time; 6. Bilateral breast cancer; 7. Previous or concurrent history of malignant tumors; 8. Patients with serious diseases such as acute and chronic heart failure, acute cerebral infarction, severe liver and kidney insufficiency or major trauma before enrollment (avoid increasing non-breast cancer-related deaths, increasing the risk of death, and resulting in imbalance between groups); 9. Loss of contact in postoperative follow-up, lack of postoperative medical records or imaging data; 10. Incomplete pathological and clinical information and data.
