Atopic dermatitis

Interventions

Probiotics group:Administer pediatric-formulated microencapsulated dry powder probiotics to the study subjects, once daily, one sachet per dose.
Probiotics + prebiotics group:Administer soluble dietary fiber (5g per sachet) and pediatric-formulated microencapsulated dry powder probiotics (1 sachet) to the study subjects
both the prebiotics and probiotics should be taken dissolved in lukewarm water.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 0–6 years, 2. Diagnosed with atopic dermatitis meeting mild criteria, with a SCORAD score classified as mild (score 0–24 points), 3. Voluntary participants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Four types of allergic diseases classified as moderate to severe, 2. History of severe allergic reactions or anaphylactic shock, 3. Within 1 week of vaccination, 4. Acute skin infection, 5. Presence of other severe diseases, 6. Systemic corticosteroid therapy, 7. Use of probiotics, prebiotics, or antibiotics within 6 weeks prior to study inclusion, 8. Unwillingness to sign informed consent.
