18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-65, regardless of gender; 2.Newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes with Glycated hemoglobin < 9.0% and fasting blood glucose < 11.1 mmoll, not previously treated with antidiabetic drugs, and evaluated by a physician for treatment with metformin; 3.The person or guardian agrees to sign the informed consent form, has good compliance, and is willing to follow up more than once.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who take antibiotics, acid suppressants, and statin lipid-lowering drugs in combination; 2.Those who are mentally abnormal, have cognitive impairment, and cannot express their wishes correctly; 3.Those who are infected with hepatitis B virus and hepatitis C virus; 4.Those who are infected with HIV; 5.Participate in other clinical researchers at the same time; 6.At the same time, there are other serious diseases that affect the evaluation of this study, and they cannot cooperate; 7.Unable to understand the procedures and methods of this clinical study, refuse to participate and refuse to sign the informed consent form;
