Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-80 years old;2.According to clinical symptoms, imaging examination, tumor markers and other auxiliary examinations before surgery and postoperative pathology, it was determined that the tumor size was <= 2 cm, the tumor was located in the neck or tail of the pancreas, and the tumor was enhanced without lymph nodes or distant metastasis, and the diagnosis was early T1 stage pancreatic neck cancer or pancreatic body and tail cancer; 3. No surgical contraindications, able to tolerate radical surgery;4. Compliance with the study plan and follow-up procedure; 5. Obtain informed consent signed by the patient or his or her legal agent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignant tumors in other areas within the last 5 years; Patients with brain, lung, bone metastases or abdominal lymph node metastases; 2. patients with severe cardiopulmonary function, liver and renal function infection; 3. Infection of HCV, HIV, syphilis; 4. Women during pregnancy or lactation.5.Patients who required pancreaticoduodenectomy or total pancreatectomy before surgery based on clinical symptoms, imaging examination, tumor markers and other auxiliary examinations; 6.Prior pancreaticoduodenectomy was performed.
