Interventions

remote ischemic preconditioning group:Before the contrast-enhanced CT scan, a blood pressure cuff will be applied to one upper arm and inflated to 50 mmHg for 5 minutes, followed by release to 0 mmHg
control group:In the control group, the sphygmomanometer cuff was also placed on the single-sided upper arm of the patient, but no pressure was applied to the cuff. This process lasted for 40 minutes,

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years; 2. Scheduled to undergo enhanced CT examination; 3. Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of AKI (Acute Kidney Injury) at admission or prior to the current CT examination; 2. Intravascular administration of iodinated contrast media within the past 7 days; 3. Diagnosis of end-stage renal disease (ESRD) prior to or at admission, or receiving maintenance hemodialysis/peritoneal dialysis/renal transplantation, or baseline estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) <15 mL/min/1.73m²; 4. Undergoing emergency CT; 5. Presence of conditions deemed by medical personnel as unsuitable for upper arm cuff compression or other circumstances that make participation in the study inappropriate.
