Interventions

10% tension KT Group:Use 10% tension KT for intervention
30% tension KT Group:Use 30% tension KT for intervention
50% tension KT Group:Use 50% tension KT for intervention
Control Group:Use no tension KT for intervention
Placebo Group:Use non-elastic tape for intervention

18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18~25 years old; (2) BMI was 18.5-23.9;(3) Not sports major college students without regular physical exercise in the past 6 months; (4) No intense physical activity recently ; (5) Don't accept other interventions during the recovery period; (6) Subjects voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Taking medication; (2) Upper limb musculoskeletal injury within the past 6 months; (3) Subject has muscle pain or chronic pain symptoms; (4) Has a serious illness or congenital disease; (5) Allergic to the tape material.
