Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.In accordance with the diagnostic criteria for liver cancer in the 'Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer (2019 Edition)'; 2.Diagnosed through CT, puncture biopsy and other examinations. 3.Compliant with the indications for anatomical liver resection surgery, the patients are all able to tolerate general anaesthesia and CO2 pneumoperitoneum. 4.The patient is conscious and can communicate normally. 5.Voluntarily participate in the research and agree to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Received neoadjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy before surgery. 2.Recent history of psychiatric medication use. 3.Multiple organ dysfunction. 4.Combined acute and chronic diseases, blood system diseases, etc. 5.Existence of infectious diseases.
