Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for midwives: Midwives who work in the maternity ward of the hospital and are directly involved in the implementation of SSC. Management of obstetrics. At least 3 years of work experience. Inclusion criteria for women in labor: healthy mothers, singletons; Gestational age is >=35 weeks; Age>=18 years; vaginal delivery; Conscious, can understand and cooperate with medical staff. neonatal Apgar >7; Newborn weight > = 2500g.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for midwives: temporary or short-term employment in the hospital. People who are unable to participate in focus group discussions for other reasons, such as feeling unwell, etc. Exclusion criteria for women in labor: Severe complications during childbirth, such as uterine rupture, postpartum hemorrhage, etc., or postpartum condition that is critically ill and unable to breastfeed; Infants requiring positive airway pressure resuscitation, with severe congenital malformations, or requiring immediate neonatal care or surgery for any reason such as respiratory distress.
