18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years and <= 80 years, regardless of gender; 2.Hospitalization in the intensive care unit of our hospital with a plan to undergo CRRT; 3.Use of vasoactive drugs at the initiation of CRRT treatment; 4.Ability to understand the study, provide consent, and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a systolic blood pressure < 90 mmHg or a mean arterial pressure < 65 mmHg prior to randomization; 2.Patients with an ear thermometer reading < 35°C or with thermoregulatory dysfunction; 3.Patients undergoing long-term hemodialysis.
