Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for colorectal surgery under general anesthesia; aged 18 to 65 years; ASA physical status classification I to II; undergoing surgery in the lithotomy position.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with comorbid gastroesophageal reflux disease or esophageal diverticulum; patients with congenital airway anomalies, laryngeal lesions, or a history of laryngeal surgery; patients predicted to have a difficult airway; patients with a mouth opening less than 2 cm.
