Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients with ASAI-III, aged over 65 years, scheduled for hip fracture surgery under spinal anesthesia from April 2025

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coagulopathy and history of open lumbar surgery; 2. Puncture infection; 3, hearing impairment, aphasia, mental disorders and other patients who cannot cooperate; 4. Lower extremity neuromuscular disorders; 5, lower extremity neuropathy; 6, unable to communicate or patients refuse to participate
