Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of the patients is between 50 and 85 years old; 2.The patients meet the diagnostic criteria in the "Revised Criteria for the Diagnosis and Staging of Alzheimer's Disease 2024"; 3.The patients' MMSE scores are between 0 and 20 points; 4.The clinical data are complete and objective; 5.The patients or their family members have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Other types of dementia, such as vascular dementia and Lewy body dementia. 2.Recent use of other therapeutic drugs, such as other anti-Alzheimer's disease drugs or clinical trial drugs; 3.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4.Patients with a neuroimaging increased risk of cerebral hemorrhage, including evidence of cerebral amyloid angiopathy (previous cerebral hemorrhage with a maximum diameter > 1 cm, more than 4 cerebral microbleeds, superficial siderosis, or vasogenic edema) or other lesions that may increase the risk of cerebral hemorrhage (aneuryysms, vascular malformations, etc.). 5.Comorbid severe complications, including heart disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, and severe allergies.
