Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke at the 4th National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases; 2. The first onset of the disease was confirmed by head CT or MRI, and the course of the disease was from January to June, and the condition was stable; 3. No severe cognitive impairment (Mini-Mental Rating Scale score>=20 points); 4. No history of mental illness in the past, can cooperate with treatment; 5. Age 20-80 years old 6. Be aware of the research of this topic and voluntarily sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than 80 years old; Patients with severe cardiopulmonary hepatic and renal insufficiency, not suitable for rehabilitation training; 2. Patients with reversible stroke; 3. Patients with severe cognitive dysfunction who cannot cooperate with the trainer; 4. Patients with mental disorders, MMSE < 20 points; 5. Deaf and mute; 6. Those who are unable to receive treatment and regular follow-up in designated hospitals.
