Control group:Reinfuse 15-20 ml of normal saline in the distal "criminal" coronary artery
Experimental group:Reinfuse 15-20 ml of filtered thrombus aspirate in thedistal "criminal" coronary artery

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18~75 years old (including 18 years old and 75 years old); 2. Patients with anterior STEMI with onset of = 4, TIMI blood flow grade 0-1, thrombus aspiration required; 4. Patients with anterior descending artery lesions judged by the surgeon to need thrombus aspiration before stent placement; 5. STEMI patients or their legal representatives are willing to participate in this trial and agree to sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with acute and chronic infection, liver and kidney insufficiency, hematologic diseases, severe bleeding, autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, severe trauma, acute myocardial infarction caused by non-atherosclerosis, etc; 2. Prior coronary artery bypass grafting; 3. Previous history of old myocardial infarction or PCI; 4. Patients with acute left heart failure with Killip grade 3 or above, or with cardiogenic shock; 5. Patients with left main lesions stenosis >50% or patients who intend to undergo elective PCI within 1 month; 6. a history of intracranial hemorrhage, ischemic stroke, central nervous system tumor or intracranial vascular abnormalities within 1 year, or have undergone intracranial or spinal cord surgery within 5 years; 7. People with contraindications to MRI or is intolerant for various reasons; 8. Women who are breastfeeding, pregnant or planning to get pregnant during research; 9. Participants are not suitable for participating in this trial by researchers (eg, with malignant tumors); 10. People who can't understand and/or comply with this study procedure (e.g. patients with alcoholism, substance abuse, or mental illness); 11. People who are participating in other clinical trials and do not meet the primary endpoint; 12. Researchers involved in the design and execution of this study;
