Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients with rheumatoid arthritis who used biological agents and jak inhibitors in the Rheumatology and Immunology Department of Taizhou Hospital from 2021.1 to 2024.3 were included. The included drugs are adalimumab, etanercept, tocilizumab, tofacitinib, baritinib and upatinib.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who received biological agents in clinical trials were excluded. The exclusion criteria are as follows: 1.Patients with ankylosing spondylitis and other connective tissue diseases except Sjogren's syndrome 2. Patients with clear mental disorders. 3. Patients without blood tests or with severe lack of data during treatment. 4 The use of biological agents or JAK inhibitors for purposes other than rheumatoid arthritis 5. Cancer patients
