Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the diagnostic criteria of multiple trauma; 2. After discharge to the home, not in rehabilitation institutions; 3. Age >= 18 years; 4. Consciousness and understanding ability are normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With a history of severe mental illness ; 2. Refusing to participate in this study ; 3. Death or giving up treatment.
