Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-40 years old; 2. Unilateral ACL rupture, arthroscopically assisted descending ACLR; 3. 3-6 months after surgery; 4. Grafts were applied to the femoral gracilis or semitendinosus tendon of the affected side knee joint. Meniscus forming or meniscus repair was performed in patients with meniscus injury. 5. In the indoor environment, you can remove the brace and walk; 6. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent collateral ligament and posterior cruciate ligament injury, joint dislocation or other site fracture; 2. History of previous knee injuries, such as fractures, ligament strains, and osteoarthritis; 3. Complicated with sensory disorders, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and mental diseases; 4. Pregnancy and lactation.
