Gold Standard:Hysteroscopy can directly observe endometrial morphology, thickness, vascular distribution and injury characteristics (such as fibrosis, scar, adhesion), and can perform targeted biopsy
Index test:Ultrasound measurement of intimal thickness and blood flow parameters
MRI has high resolution for soft tissue, can clearly show intimal signal abnormalities (such as T2-weighted images with low signal signal suggestive of fibrosis), evaluate deep muscle layer involvemen

18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 18-35 who have fertility requirements, need hysteroscopy with complete data, and have follow-up conditions; Or combined with one or more of the following (1) History of uterine cavity operation, such as curettage, abortion, polyp removal, etc. (2) The intraday membrane of the trigger is less than 7mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with metal in the body who cannot undergo MRI examination or claustrophobia 2. Patients who did not undergo MRI evaluation before hysteroscopy 3. Autoimmune diseases that are prone to abortion, such as systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren 's syndrome, undifferentiated connective tissue disease, systemic sclerosis and so on. 4. Patients with uterine malformations, such as primordial uterus, etc.
