60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Admission to the hospital with pleural effusion for the first episode of heart failure; 2.Heart failure with one or both moderate pleural effusions; 3. 60-90 years old, with full mental capacity; 4.Heart failure with one or both moderate pleural effusions, and one chest drain has been placed at the time of admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pural effusion not caused by heart failure such as malignant tumor/immune system/infection/liver cirrhosis; 2.Acute onset of chronic heart failure with a small pleural effusion on one or both sides; 3.Acute onset of chronic heart failure with large pleural effusion on one or both sides; 4.Previous thoracic surgery or history of open-heart surgery within half a year. 5.History of previous chemoradiotherapy/targeted therapy/immunotherapy for thoracic malignant tumors. 6.Individuals who are less than 60 years old, more than 90 years old, or lack full mental capacity; 7. Other patients as defined by the investigator that should be excluded.
