Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the conditions for fertility-preserving treatment of endometrial lesions (age >=18 years, ,=28 kg/m², or BMI >=24 kg/m² with at least one weight-related comorbidity (such as hypertension, hyperglycemia, sleep apnea syndrome, dyslipidemia, and cardiovascular disease). 4.Able to undergo regular endometrial assessments, body composition analysis, glucose and lipid metabolism evaluations every 3 months during treatment, and regular follow-up after treatment. 5.Non-pregnant at the time of enrollment and agrees to strict contraception during the treatment period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Concurrent non-reproductive system malignant tumors undergoing treatment. 2.Known rheumatic or autoimmune diseases, active tuberculosis history, hepatitis, HIV infection, or currently receiving hormonal therapy. 3.Liver or kidney dysfunction or active inflammation phase. 4.Pregnancy or lactation period. 5.Participation in other intervention studies. 6.Prior use of other GLP-1 receptor agonist medications before enrollment. 7.Contraindications for the use of GIP/GLP-1 dual receptor agonists (personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma, personal history of multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2, type 1 diabetes, history of pancreatitis), or allergy to such medications. 8.History of weight loss surgery.
