Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: For Community Healthcare Providers: Possession of a valid professional qualification certificate. Engaged in community cancer screening-related work. At least three years of work experience in community healthcare services. For Community Residents: Aged between 40 and 75 years old. Permanent residents of the community with full cognitive and behavioral capacity. No history of colorectal cancer and no prior colorectal resection surgery. No history of malignant tumors. No severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, pulmonary diseases, or renal dysfunction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: For Community Healthcare Providers: Not currently employed (inactive staff). For Community Residents: Participated in a colorectal cancer screening program within the past five years. No valid contact information available.
