20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=20 years old; 2. Pregnant women (24-28 weeks) who meet the diagnostic criteria for GDM recommended in China's Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Hyperglycemia in Pregnancy (2022) and conceive naturally; 3. single pregnancy; 4. Good command of smart phone operation. 5. Good communication skills.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to complete the questionnaire due to hearing, vision and other reasons; 2. Accompanied by mental or other serious physical diseases. 3. Pregnant women with GDM who had long-term perinatal care or delivery in the hospital were not considered.
