18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age >=18 years; (2) consistent with the diagnosis of extremity trauma; (3) the patient was conscious, cognitively normal, and had no communication deficits; and (4) no recent use of anticoagulant medications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or menstruating women; (2) Patients with severe hepatic insufficiency, thrombophilia, or coagulation disorders; (3) Patients who have used medications that may affect platelet or coagulation function, such as aspirin, in the past week; (4) Patients who have already had DVT at the time of presentation; (5) Patients with incomplete clinical information.
