Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed retinal vein occlusion (RVO): Patients should be diagnosed as RVO by fundus examination, FFA or OCT, including central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO) and branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO). 2. Secondary macular edema: The patient needs to have secondary macular edema, and the thickness of macular center (CMT) is >= 300µ m (measured by OCT). 3. Treated by Conbercept: The patient should receive Compaxil intravitreal injection treatment for at least 3 times and complete the follow-up for at least 3 years. 4. Age >=18 years old: Patients should be at least 18 years old to ensure that the physiological state and disease characteristics of the subjects are representative. 5. Complete clinical data: Patients should have complete baseline data, treatment records and follow-up data, including OCT images, BCVA records and injection times.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Macular edema caused by other reasons: such as diabetic macular edema, macular edema secondary to uveitis or other non-RVO-related macular diseases. 2. Previous history of vitreoretinal surgery, such as vitrectomy and laser photocoagulation of retina, may affect the structure of vitreoretinal interface. 3. Other serious eye diseases, such as glaucoma, optic neuropathy, macular hole or retinal detachment, may interfere with the evaluation of the research results. 4. Systemic diseases affect eye health: uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension or other systemic diseases may have a significant impact on eye structure and function. 5. Incomplete follow-up or lost follow-up: the patient failed to complete the follow-up as required or the clinical data was missing, so effective analysis could not be carried out.
