Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=60 years, osteoporotic compression fracture of thoracic and lumbar vertebrae; 2. Vertebral compression degree is more than 1/4; 3. Patients with chest, low back pain and decreased spinal mobility; 4. CT and MRI showed that the posterior wall and pedicle of the diseased vertebra were intact and were fresh vertebral fractures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The vertebral body has infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and suppuration; 2. The fracture line of vertebral body crosses the posterior edge of vertebral body or the bone at the posterior edge of vertebral body is damaged or incomplete; 3. Coagulation dysfunction, bleeding tendency; 4. Heart, lung, liver and kidney failure, with clear surgical contraindications; 5. Those who are physically weak and cannot tolerate local anesthesia surgery and surgical posture for a long time.
