Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The age range is between 8 and 18 years old (8 years old is usually considered the minimum age at which children can self report and provide meaningful statements in interviews); 2. Children who have experienced pain in the past week; 3. Stable condition, willing and able to fully express one's true experiences and feelings; 4. Both the patient and their parents gave informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: There are cognitive or verbal communication barriers present. The sample selection follows the principle of maximizing differences, and children with different social demographic characteristics (age, gender, only child, length of hospital stay, etc.) and pain characteristics (pain level, pain type, and pain duration) should be selected as much as possible.
