Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Clinical diagnosis of diabetes complicated with CKD: In the case of excluding other interfering factors such as infection, UACR>=30mg/g or UAER>=30mg/24h(>=20µg/min) or EGFR =18 years old; (4) Patients voluntarily sign the informed consent form, and can complete the follow-up and examination as planned according to the plan. The included patients should be followed up for at least 6 months or less, but the end point event occurred during the follow-up period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) all or an important part of the electronic medical record data was missing during hospitalization; (2) renal pathological sections or reports were missing; Poor sampling, medullary area accounted for more than or equal to 20% in the section; Or the total number of glomeruli in the whole piece is less than 5; The scanning clarity of electronic slice is insufficient: the tissue in the slice is not completely clear when magnified by 10x20 times; (3) the age is less than 18 years old (4) the follow-up is less than 6 months.
