Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children and adolescents aged 6 - 24 years who are obese and have hypertension (often accompanied by metabolic disorders such as diabetes, dyslipidemia, or hyperuricemia).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion of individuals with a history of cancer, kidney disease, asthma, physical deformities, drug-induced obesity and hypertension, mental illness, enteritis, and other diseases. 2.History of antibiotic use. 3.Children and adolescents who are unwilling to participate or unable to engage in physical activities. 4.Participants deemed by the researchers as otherwise unsuitable for this study. 5.Participants who cannot meet the compliance requirements during the pre-experimental period. 6.Participants who have not signed the informed consent form.
